Pediatric Visits
We are now accepting new patients from newborn to adolescents. Book your whole family at once or book your children’s visit along with yours to save time!
Our office is taking the necessary precautions to keep your little ones safe during this pandemic. The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that children still be seen for immunizations and well child visits as scheduled.
Same Day Sick appointments are available call us now to schedule (123)456-7890. We also offer rapid Influenza, rapid Streptococcus, and rapid RSV tests.
Mommy meets the NP- Our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner would love to see you for a pre-natal visit regarding your future addition! She will go over all of the necessary information you need as a new mother including immunization schedule, milestones, feedings, and safety.

Tele-Visits
Telemedicine (Televisits) refers to the practice using telecommunications technology to evaluate, diagnose and care for patients at a distance. There are many things that can be considered telemedicine including remote patient monitoring and sharing patient records over secure email connections, but what we are talking about is a visit that is done using video conferencing over the internet. The patient and provider communicates using our patient portal application. The patient may participate using a personal computer with a webcam or smart mobile device with a built-in video camera.
Inflow Family Physicians realizes that not every medical situation is right for a video visit. Our staff will know when it is safe and effective to conduct an encounter using telemedicine. Please call to discuss what appointment fits your needs.

Registered Nurse
The nursing staff will help you better understand your health by taking time to review risk factors related to your condition and talk about your medications, lab results and other tests. They’ll help you identify and find resources for needed services, such as eye exams or prescription aids. They’re a great resource for discussing medical questions, while teaching you how to live a healthier lifestyle. You’ll learn how to develop long and short term goals, and share in the decision-making process. They are concerned about you and your response to treatments and medications.
Registered Dietitian
Our registered dietitians will develop a meal plan with you based on your individual needs and dietary concerns. They will educate you on the effects nutrition may have on your health and offer support as you make positive changes to your eating habits. They’ll provide reliable, objective information in an easy and understandable way.
Behavioral Health
Our wellness coaches empower you to look at new ways of thinking about your health and wellness. They focus not only on physical well being, but helping the whole person. The coaches offer support and guidance as you learn skills to reduce stress and increase your enjoyment of life. Immunization Records
It is recommended to have an annual flu shot. The seasonal flu vaccine is the best way to protect yourself and others from the flu virus.
Ensure your tetanus vaccine is up to date with a booster dose every 10 years.
If you are age 50 or older you may be eligible for the Shingles vaccine. Shingles is a virus that may cause a painful rash and the pain may last for months or years.
Please discuss with your healthcare provider if you are eligible for a pneumococcal vaccine.
Please remember that if you are a new patient to our office to bring your immunization records with you to your first appointment.

Prescription Refills
Refills can be optioned by calling our office and selecting #376. Leave a detailed message with your full name date of birth, medication and pharmacy information. Please make sure to leave your contact information.
Please allow 48 hour for the refill request to be completed.
HMO Referrals
After receiving your referral from our doctor please contact your specialist and book your appointment. Leave a message on our Referral Option #312 with your name, date of birth, telephone number, the specialist name, and the date of your appointment.
Please allow up to 1 week for a referral to be processed and authorized by your HMO.
Test Results
We ask that you allow at least 48 hours from the date of the test for us to attain and review the results.
New Patient Checklist
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Remember to bring your photo ID + insurance card.
New patient appointments are scheduled to allow the patient time to establish care with the provider.
